Transfer Students
The most important criterion is the law school academic record.  Applicants should have completed one year (approximately 30 credits) of law school. Students enrolled part-time can be considered if they have completed at least 16 credits.  We can accept up to 44 credits (with a grade of C or better) from ABA/AALS schools.  We can accept up to 30 credits (with a grade of C or better) from ABA schools or state bar accredited schools.  We also consider your LSAT score and your undergraduate grade point average in this process.

Official transcript reflecting completion of first year, with class rank
Copy of top page of LSDAS report

Visiting Students
Students wishing to study at California Western but planning to receive their law degree from another ABA school may apply for visiting student status (for one or two trimesters).
